Hey bunnies! Today we’re going to make a vegan muscle soothing bath soak. I’ve been doing a gym streak and as of today I’m on day 107 straight with no rest days. I haven’t decided how long I’m going to go for but it’s loads of fun.

I have made a lot of progress with my fitness goals over these past weeks and there are days, a lot of days, where my muscles are sore from all the weight training. I wanted to make something that would help relax and soothe my muscles. Epsom salt helps to relieve pain and inflammation and can help with muscle crams.  Lavender essential oil is great for tired muscles. It will also help you to relax and relieve stress. The PANAWAY is great for soothing and stimulating the muscles. It reminds a little bit of icy hot without all the added chemicals. Everything you need is listed below. Enjoy your bath!

Muscle Soothing Bath

Ingredients:

1 tbsp grape seed oil

6 drops PANAWAY essential oil

4 drops lavender essential oil

2 cups epsom salt

Method: 

Add grape seed oil, PANAWAY, and lavender oils together in a small bowl and mix to combine.

Add oil mixture and epsom salt to your warm/hot bath water a soak for at least 15 minutes.
