I often cry and take a butt load of Ibuprofen. I am currently on a journey to stop relying on ibuprofen to help with the pain. I just don’t like having so much medicine in my system every single month.

Vegan Period Cramp Relief Bath

Ingredients:

1 tbsp apricot kernel oil

10 drops Young Living clary sage essential oil

1 cup epsom salt

Method:

In a small bowl add the apricot kernel oil and the clary sage essential oil and stir to combine.

Draw a warm bath and add the oil mixture to running water.

Add in your epsom salt.

Soak for at least 15 minutes.

You can repeat this daily as needed.
