Hey bunnies! Today we’re going to make a vegan focus and reflect diffuser blend. I’ve been going deeper into my aromatherapy journey lately. Since I joined Young Living I’ve been so inspired to learn more about this natural healing method. Young Living products are also never tested on animals.
Since I spend a lot of time at my computer working I thought it would be nice to diffuse something to help me keep focused and think of new blog ideas! I also like to use this blend during my yoga sessions. The lemon essential oil is great at improving your mood and boosting alertness. The peppermint essential oil is great at improving memory and raising alertness as well. Try out this simple blend next time your ready to stay focused. Everything you need is listed below. Enjoy!
Vegan Focus and Reflect Diffuser Blend
4 drops Young Living* lemon essential oil
3 drops Young Living* peppermint essential oil
*or preferred brand
Add both oils into a cold air diffuser and diffuse into the room. I like to set this near my desk while I work. Some other usage ideas could be during yoga or meditation too!
