I’m so happy to present my first raw vegan meal plan. You guys have been requesting this for some time so I’m super excited to finally release this. I made this meal plan with the working person in mind. I know we sometimes don’t have all day to spend in the kitchen so we will be doubling some recipes to use for later. So you can make it once and get 2 meals out of it which can be a lifesaver during a busy week.
Also, you will not need a dehydrator for any of the recipes in the meal plan. I know the average kitchen may not have one so I wanted to make sure everyone could use this plan. In the future, I will have more complicated meal plans to challenge those who enjoy the raw dehydrating process. With that being said, you will need a blender and a juicer.
Another great thing I’d like to point out is the flexibility of this raw vegan meal plan. If you find that it’s too much food or not enough you can easily double up or double down on the snacks I have planned. So don’t feel as if you need to follow this exactly the way it’s laid out. Life is ever changing. You may have a full day of manual labor and your body may want more. Or you may have a day sitting at your desk where your body may want less. I have made the snacks easy so that you can be flexible with those as you need to.
