I’m so happy to present my first raw vegan meal plan. You guys have been requesting this for some time so I’m super excited to finally release this. I made this meal plan with the working person in mind. I know we sometimes don’t have all day to spend in the kitchen so we will be doubling some recipes to use for later. So you can make it once and get 2 meals out of it which can be a lifesaver during a busy week.

Also, you will not need a dehydrator for any of the recipes in the meal plan. I know the average kitchen may not have one so I wanted to make sure everyone could use this plan. In the future, I will have more complicated meal plans to challenge those who enjoy the raw dehydrating process.  With that being said, you will need a blender and a juicer.

Another great thing I’d like to point out is the flexibility of this raw vegan meal plan. If you find that it’s too much food or not enough you can easily double up or double down on the snacks I have planned. So don’t feel as if you need to follow this exactly the way it’s laid out. Life is ever changing. You may have a full day of manual labor and your body may want more. Or you may have a day sitting at your desk where your body may want less. I have made the snacks easy so that you can be flexible with those as you need to.

    I’m new to veganism and this couldn’t have come at a better time. I very much like the flavored waters at the beginning of the day and the easy to follow recipes for the larger meals are great too. They don’t require many kitchen tools that we don’t already have in our kitchens so it’s easy to get into. I also very much enjoy the use of leftovers into new meals for the next day.

    This is great. It’s hard to plan out a weeks worth of healthy vegan options and stick to it. The recipes were easy and deliscous!

    As a working professional who is gone 60+ hours a week, these recipes were tasty, filling, and easy to make! My favorite is the raw vegan taco! The only thing missing is dessert. Please make a raw vegan dessert plan.

    In love with this raw meal plan! I’ve been vegan for a few years now & have tried going raw a couple different times but always felt like a lot of recipes I found online took too many ingredients or too much time to prepare. With this meal plan, I can make lots of yummy food with a few simple ingredients & not too much hassle. I also love the juice recipes because I never know what to put in my juice so I usually just end up making basic orange & apple juices. Highly recommend this plan! Now what’s for dessert!?

    Wow I absolutely love this meal plan! As someone who has been a raw vegan for over 10 months I know how important it is to have easy and delicious recipes! I have plenty of recipes I typically follow but I found these to be unique and refreshing! The smoothie recipes are super quick to make in the morning and still yummy and flavorful! When you’re always on the go these lunch and dinner recipes are unique in that the sauces and dressings are flavorful but simple enough to make in no time! This meal plan is a lifesaver for anyone new to veganism, raw food, or even someone who has some experience but wants to spice up their everyday recipes!

    I’m so excited about this meal plan!! I’m a Holistic Health Practitioner and I LOVE meal guides that are fast and easy for the everyday person. This has all that and the recipes sound so amazing! I can’t wait to dig into the Asian Salad and Raw Tacos!! This meal plan is perfect for seasoned plant based vegans who want to incorporate more raw foods into their diet and for people who are newly transitioning to a plant based vegan diet. The recipes are simple to follow, packed with flavor and easy to accomplish with simple everyday kitchen tools. Thank you for this delicious, awesome, easy and healthy meal plan Stephanie!!     There have been three things that have kept me from going full on Raw-Vegan in the past. Creativity in thinking of new meals and snacks, time to put them together, and the wasted food when I buy too many different ingredients and I don’t get to use them in time. This Meal Plan SOLVES ALL of those issues! Working 50 to 60 hours a week makes it hard to think of new recipes and I get too lazy to spend a bunch of time putting them together once I’m home so I LOVE LOOOVE that there are recipes that use the leftovers. And I don’t feel like I’m missing any nutrients with this variety. Thanks Vegan Doll for a super helpful meal plan!
