Hey bunnies! Today were going to make a blueberry grape smoothie. Smoothies are great to make because they’re just so darn easy and cleanup is a breeze!  And to be honest, sometimes I’m just feeling lazy and a smoothie is the perfect thing to help keep me on track with my lifestyle goals.

The fiber helps of lower your overall blood cholesterol helping to improve heart health.  As for grapes, they contain antioxidants know as polyphenols, which can help slow or prevent many different types of cancer. Blueberry Grape Smoothie

Ingredients:

3 cups romaine lettuce

1 cup spinach

1 1/2 cups black grapes

1 cup blueberries

1/2 oz mulberries

1 cup water

3 tbsp hemp seeds

1 cup ice

Method:

Blend all ingredients together in a blender and serve.
