Have you ever had the drink Sunny delight when you were a little kid? This Raw Sunlight Delight Juice reminds me so much of that beverage. The only difference , this one has made from fresh fruit and it’s healthy for you. The consistency is actually more like a smoothie. It’s very thick and creamy but since we technically used a juicer I decided to call this raw sunlight delight juice.

Mangos are a great source of vitamins A and C. They are also a great source of beta-carotene. I never used to like mangos much when I was younger and now they are my favorite fruit…at the moment. I go back and forth between mangos and peaches.

This bright orange/yellow drink is the perfect thing to have on a sunny summer day. You can also add more water to thin it out and have it over ice. You can also try blending it with a little ice to make a frozen smoothie. Everything you need as listed below to make this sunlight delight juice. Enjoy!




2 Raw Sunlight Delight

Raw Sunlight Delight Juice Ingredients (Serves 2 or 1 as a meal replacement):

8 tangeries

2 mango

2 oranges

Method:

In a juicer, I’m currently using Omega VRT350,¬†add the tangerines, then the mango, then the oranges. Toss between two glasses or stir to combine.
