Hey bunnies! Today we’re going to make a raw vegan almond butter fruit bowl. When I first thought about making this I thought of it as a breakfast dish. It packs in a good amount of calories to last you through the early morning hours until lunch.
I made thisI made these fruit bowls in the early afternoon to take good pictures and I told my fiancé he could have one of them. He goes off with his ball and comes back and says, “this was the best dessert I’ve ever had “! So I guess I’m going to classify it as, dessert for breakfast. Everything you need is listed below. Raw Vegan Almond Butter Fruit Bowl
2/3 cup raw almond butter
4 tbsp coconut nectar
3 oz. water
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch of Himalayan salt
Add almond butter and coconut nectar to a bowl.
Slowly stir in water whisking with a fork.
Add in cinnamon and salt and combine well.
Pour Almond butter mixture into 2 small shallow bowls.
Top with fruit.
