There are many different combinations you can use to make your own raw fruit roll ups. If you don’t have enough raspberries add more blueberries! No problem at all. Raw Vegan Berry Fruit Roll Ups

Ingredients:

1lb raspberries

1lb blueberries

1lb blackberries

1/3 cup pitted dates packed

Method:

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Then pour the mixture onto non-stick dehydrator sheets 2 cups at a time. This will make approximately 3 trays using an excalibur dehydrator. (6 cups)

Dehydrate at 115° for 8-15 hours until dry. They should peel off easily. If it is not coming of in one clean piece put it back into the dehydrator for another few hours.
