Hey bunnies! Today we’re going to make a raw vegan breakfast smoothie. Smoothies and juices have to be my favorite thing to have at breakfast. There is usually not much time in the morning’s to make a gourmet raw vegan breakfast so a smoothie is just what we need.

This raw vegan breakfast smoothie is loaded with greens, fruits, and some ginger for a little spice. I like to make extra large smoothies in the morning so this recipe will serve two people at about 4 cups each. You can also make the recipe for yourself and have it for breakfast and lunch. Raw Vegan Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:

4 handfuls of spinach

3 cups of pears

4 medium rainbow carrots

1 medium cucumber

1 in piece of ginger

6 pitted dates

1 cup water

2 handfuls of ice

Method:

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.

Garnish with veggies.
