Raw Vegan Broccoli and Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:

4 cups broccoli chopped into small bite-sized pieces

1 cup (or more) raw vegan cheese sauce

Marinade:

1 1/2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp fresh lemon

2 tsp nama shoyu

Method:

Add the broccoli to a container that has a lid or a large plastic bag.

Mix together marinade ingredients and pour over the broccoli. Close the container and shake to coat the broccoli well. Place in the fridge overnight.

The next morning toss the broccoli into the dehydrator for 2-4 hours at 105° until it reaches your desired softness.  You can also skip this step.

Top with raw vegan cheddar sauce.
