Raw Vegan Cheddar Sauce

Ingredients:

1/2 cup cashews soaked overnight (8hrs)

1/2 cup sunflower seeds soaked overnight (8hrs)

1/4 cup pine nuts soaked overnight (8hrs)

1 large red bell pepper

1/2 lemon juiced

2 1/2 tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes

1 clove garlic

2 tsp nama shoyu

Method:

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

If its not blending well you can add a little water.

I like to use a personal blender for small portions like this.
