A blender can be your best friend on busy mornings. When your in a rush, it’s easy to just pop everything in there and make a complete meal out of it. That’s what my raw vegan green porridge is all about. It’s delicious, healthy, and best of all simple to make. The fruit makes this dish sweet while the celery adds a unique and surprising flavor.

Apples are a great source of soluble fiber. One medium apple contains 4 grams. Pears are also a good source of fiber and vitamin B2, C, E, copper, and potassium. Don’t be fooled by this raw vegan dish, it will keep you full for awhile! Everything you need is below.

Raw vegan green porridge ingredients:

1 pear chopped

1 apple chopped

1 celery stalk chopped

1 kiwi chopped

3 tbsp raw hemp seeds- HERE

cinnamon to taste

Method:

Add the fruit and veggies, a little a a time, to a blender on LOW.

Then add in the lemon juice.

Use a spatula, or tool of choice, moving it back and forth to mix and further chop ingredients. Be careful not to hit the blades in the blender!

Add in hemp seeds and mix once more.

Pour up and top with cinnamon.
