Is it just me or do you love lemon and limeade any time of year? I know raw vegan limeade is more of a summertime beverage, but I love drinking citrus beverages all year long. For example, I like to drink lemon water first thing in the morning when I wake up. This recipe isn’t much different except we will add a little agave to sweeten things up.
You can use cold or room temperature water whichever you prefer. I usually leave our water on the counter so it’s always room temperature here. Also this recipe doubles as a lemonade recipe as well! Don’t have limes use lemon or both! Yummmm! Everything you need for the raw vegan limeade is listed below. Enjoy!
Raw Vegan Limeade Ingredients:
5 cups or cold or room temperature water
1 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
1/3 cup raw agave or maple syrup
Add all ingredients to a blend until combine and transfer to a pitcher.
Or, add all ingredients to a pitcher and stir to combine.
Serve over ice
