Hey Bunnies! Today we’re going to make a raw vegan mint chocolate chip shake. Since St. Patrick’s Day is coming up soon I wanted to create something green. And the first thing that came to mind was mint… and then milkshake. I loved these shakes when I was a kid but now they can be beneficial to our health.

This raw vegan mint chocolate chip milkshake is easy to make and makes a great St. Patti’s Day treat. Make sure to grind up the raw cacao nibs in a mini processor so they don’t get stuck in the straw. If they do get stuck a spoon or drinking straight from the glass work great as well. Raw Vegan Mint Chocolate Chip Shake

Ingredients:

Shake-

16 mini bananas or 8 regular

1 1/2 cups raw almond milk

1 cup fresh peppermint leaves

1/2 tsp wheat grass powder

1/2 cup chopped cacao nibs

Chocolate Sauce Drizzle-

1 tbsp melted coconut oil

1 tbsp raw coconut nectar

1 tbsp raw cacao powder

 

Method:

Mix all chocolate sauce ingredients together in a small bowl with a fork and set aside.

Add all shake ingredients but the cacao nibs in to the blender and blend until smooth.

Stir in the cacao nibs.

Using a spoon, pour some of the chocolate sauce on the inner rim of the glass and let it drip down.

Pour the milkshake into the glass and serve immediately. Serves 2.
