Hey bunnies! Today we’re going to make raw vegan mustard. I’ll use mustard in several of my dishes so its nice to have a raw alternative. Another great thing about making your own raw mustard is the raw “honey” mustard you can make! I like to use raw coconut nectar in place of honey to keep it vegan. Just add half mustard half coconut nectar. That’s it!  It makes a great salad dressing too. The mustard will be a little spicy but it will cool down with time.

Raw Vegan Mustard

Ingredients:

1/2 cup mustard seeds soaked overnight

3/4 cup coconut vinegar

1 1/2 tsp coconut nectar

1 tbsp nama shoyu

1 tsp turmeric

Method:

Add all ingredients to  blender and blend until smooth.

I like to use a personal blender for smaller portions like this. I found this one (HERE) at Walmart.
