Hey bunnies! Today we’re going to make a raw vegan protein packed acai bowl recipe. One of my great friends, Vanessa, suggested I do an acai bowl idea. I think I’ve made 1 smoothie bowl to date other than this one and have no clue why… these are so fun and easy to make!

When I make smoothies I usually like them to have some substantial protein in them. So I thought this bowl should be no different! This bowl has 15 grams of protein all raw vegan style. So it’s great at keeping you full for breakfast or it can be refueling as a post workout meal. Big shout out to my doll Vanessa for inspiring me to create this recipe. Raw Vegan Protein Packed Acai Bowl Recipe

(Serves 2)

Ingredients:

4 packs of Sambazon frozen acai

1 scoop raw vegan vanilla protein powder

1 tsp maca powder

1 mango

1 banana

1/4 cup coconut water

2 large dates

Toppings-

1 tbsp raw hemp seeds per bowl

raspberries

blackberries

coconut shreds

Dragon fruit balls

Method:

Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.

Decorate your bowl any way you like with the toppings. Using 1 full tbsp of hemp seeds will give you an additional 3 grams of raw protein!

Serve immediately.
