Hey bunnies! Today we’re going to make raw vegan sour cream. This was such a game changer on my raw tacos. It really does remind me of sour cream!
This sour cream is easy to make. All you will need is a blender. I’m going to keep this blog short because it is a series. If you would like to make other raw condiments check out my raw ketchup, mustard, and mayo recipes. Everything you need is listed below. Enjoy!
Raw Vegan Sour Cream
1 cup raw cashews soaked overnight
1/2 cup distilled water
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp coconut vinegar
1/4 tsp himalayan salt
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
