Hey bunnies! Today we’re going to make a raw vegan strawberry oatmeal shake. Currently my mornings are super busy so I’ve been making a lot of shakes and smoothies. I love them! They’re easy to make make and quick to take… with you. I was trying to rhyme.

This shake is gonna get you all the way to lunch time or snake time if you’re anything like me. The oatmeal will provide lasting energy. This shake isn’t too sweet but if you would like it sweeter you can add more coconut nectar or dates into the blender. I also like to double this recipe to make one for my hubby or for lunch. Raw Vegan Strawberry Oatmeal Shake


1 cup raw almond milk

1/2 cup raw oatmeal (enzyme active)

1 banana

1 1/2 tsp coconut nectar

1 tsp maca powder

140g strawberries about 3/4 cup


Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Garnish with strawberries and oats.
