Raw Vegan Summer Watermelon Smoothie
Ingredients (serves 2…or 1. You decide!):
4 cups watermelon
meat from 2 young Thai coconuts (Coco Jack is awesome for opening coconuts)
2 handfuls of ice
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender (Mine) and blend until smooth.
