Hey bunnies! Today we’re going to make some raw vegan taco meat. You can use this in tacos or burritos and it also goes great on raw nachos. You can try my raw corn flax cracker recipe for nacho chips. I also really like raw coconut wraps too.
In addition to nachos and tacos you can also use this meat on top of a salad with fresh raw salsa. Taco salads are some of my favorite types of salad. Also try adding raw corn for some added flavor and color. Everything you need to make raw vegan taco meat is listed below. Enjoy!
Raw Vegan Taco Meat:
1 1/2 cups raw walnuts
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
3/4 tsp coriander
2 tbsp nama shoyu
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
In a food processor add the walnuts a pulse until there’re chopped into small chunks. This will give you the texture of the “meat”. So you can make it how you like.
Then, in a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients and stir to combine.
