Raw Vegan Tropical Mango Porridge
Ingredients (serves 2):
2 large bananas
2 red apples chopped into large chunks
1 large mango cut into chunks
ground flax seed to sprinkle on top
Add the mango to a blender first and blend until a few small chunks remain.
Add in the banana and apple and blend again. You want it to be slightly chunky so that it doesn’t become a thick smoothie.
Pour into a bowl and top with group flax seed.
