Today I am going to be showing you guys how to make a spicy raw vegan chili inspired by the Wonder Woman. This raw vegan chili really has a kick to it so if you don’t like spicy food you can always leave out the cayenne pepper. Also, this raw vegan chili is a great cold or at room temperature.




You can throw┬áin things like sprouts or chopped veggies to make it more chunky. I made this a smooth chili so adding any chopped veggies will give you the traditional chill texture you’re probably used too! This is also a great raw vegan dish for winter. When you’re cold and need a little pic me up this will do the trick! I’ve listed everything you need below as well as links to some of the products I’m using. Enjoy this spicy raw vegan chili!

Spicy raw vegan chili ingredients:

4 medium tomatoes

1/2 zucchini peeled

2 celery stalks

1/2 red pepper

1 cup fresh basil

1/2 cup dulse flakes by Maine Coast Sea Vegetables- HERE

3 cloves of garlic

1/3 cup fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup fresh parsley

1/4 cup olive oil by Spectrum- HERE

1/4 cup Nama Shoyu by Oshawa- HERE

1/2 tsp sea salt

1 1/2 tbsp chili powder

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp cayenne pepper

Optional: fresh raw corn

Method:

Blend all ingredients in a blender and blend.

Stir in corn if desired or make a cute “W” like I did!
